SBOX accepts payments with the use of debit, credit and prepaid cards, at the reservation stage of the Safe Deposit Box, on the Company's website. Cash payments are not accepted. The amount of the Deposit received, during the process of booking, is refunded in full at the end of the rental period on the card, provided that any of the conditions regarding the correct use included in the Terms and Conditions Document are not violated.

The customer (natural person) reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement for any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, by completing the respective form on the Company's website and following related instructions. The Company, if the customer's request is valid, refunds in full any amount paid both for the Safe Deposit Box rental and the Deposit within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

The customer also retains the right to electronically change the rental period or the type of Safe Deposit Box of his initial reservation up to forty-eight (48) hours before the start of the rental period, without any additional charge, conditional on availability. Any additional charge from the reservation change according to the price list is charged to the customer, while in case of a lower charge, any difference is refunded.
